When Sandy Ward Design grew into a design-build Company, it needed an office - a big office. But Sandy also needed a larger residence for her growing family.  The acquisition of 704 S. 6th Street, a 10,000 sq. foot factory loft building provided the solution.  The first floor was designed to house the offices and residence, leaving the rest of the building for the development of three additional units. A timeless theme, “Modern Retro Style” continues to inform Sandy Ward Design’s vision.
